Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 11, 2026

At Contabl.es we process your personal data transparently and only for what we actually need: handling your request and, if you become a client, providing the service.

1. Data controller

REMOTELINK LLC (EIN 32-0822632), located at 25 SW 9th St, Suite 406, Miami, FL 33130 (United States), owns the contabl.es website and is the controller of the personal data collected through it.

Privacy contact: info@contabl.es.

2. Data we process

The data you voluntarily provide in the site forms: name, email address, phone number and company.

Our web analytics system is built in-house and uses no cookies: your IP address is never stored (it is processed in an anonymized, irreversible way solely for aggregate statistics).

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process your data to handle your information request, schedule the meeting you ask for and manage a potential business relationship. The legal basis is your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR) and pre-contractual measures taken at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).

We do not use your data for other purposes, build advertising profiles or sell your data to third parties.

4. WhatsApp communication

If you choose to contact us through the WhatsApp button, your data is stored in our management system and the conversation continues through WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.), whose own privacy policy applies.

5. Recipients and processors

We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. To provide the service we rely on hosting and communications providers located in the EEA and the United States, acting as data processors under contract (art. 28 GDPR).

6. International transfers

As the controller is established in the United States and part of our team operates outside the EEA, international transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and additional security measures.

7. Retention

We keep your data while we handle your request or the business relationship remains active, and afterwards in blocked form for the applicable legal limitation periods.

8. Your rights

You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@contabl.es, stating the right you wish to exercise and providing a means to verify your identity.

If you believe we have not handled your data correctly, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

9. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures: TLS encryption on all communications, role-based access control, encrypted passwords and activity logging across our systems.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect regulatory or operational changes. The current version will always be published on this page with its update date.
